DESCRIPTION:Titre Promotion de la santé et de la participation sociale d’aînés : un programme de recherche visant le développement et l’évaluation d’un continuum d’interventions innovantes  \nRésumé\nFinancé notamment par un volet Fondation des Instituts de recherche en santé du Canada (IRSC; #148466; 2016-24)\, son programme de recherche cible le développement et l’évaluation d’un continuum d’interventions innovantes pour favoriser la participation sociale des aînés\, incluant l’ergothérapie préventive avec le programme Remodeler sa vie (Lifestyle Redesign) et l’Accompagnement-citoyen personnalisé d’intégration communautaire (APIC).  \nBiographie\nMélanie Levasseur est ergothérapeute\, directrice de la recherche et professeure titulaire à l’École de réadaptation de l’Université de Sherbrooke\, et chercheure au Centre de recherche sur le vieillissement\, CIUSSS de l’Estrie-CHUS. Elle détient un doctorat en sciences cliniques de l’Université de Sherbrooke et a aussi réalisé un stage postdoctoral en promotion de la santé à l’Institut de recherche en santé publique de l’Université de Montréal. Professeure Levasseur est nouvelle chercheuse des IRSC (bourse salariale #360880; 2017-2022) et chercheuse séniore des Fonds de la recherche en santé du Québec (#298996; 2021-2025).  \nBiography\nMélanie Levasseur is an occupational therapist\, director of research and full professor at the School of Rehabilitation of the Université de Sherbrooke\, and a researcher at the Research Centre on Aging\, CIUSSS de l’Estrie-CHUS. She holds a doctorate in clinical sciences from the Université de Sherbrooke and also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in health promotion at the Institut de recherche en santé publique de l’Université de Montréal (IRSPUM). Professor Levasseur is a Canadian Institute of health research (CIHR) New Investigator (salary award #360880; 2017-2022) and a Fonds de la recherche en santé du Québec Senior Researcher (#298996; 2021-2025). Funded notably by a Foundation Grant from the CIHR (#148466; 2016-24)\, her research program targets the development and evaluation of a continuum of innovative interventions to promote the social participation of older adults\, including preventive occupational therapy with the Lifestyle Redesign (programme Remodeler sa vie) and the personalised citizen assistance for social participation (APIC).
